ESTOOLS organises workshops for its members in order to better standardize the research protocols and to keep all ESTOOLS' scientists up to date with the most recent technologies.

The 1st workshop organized by ESTOOLS was done in Sheffield Centre for Stem Cell Biology on Fluorescent Activated Cell Sorting technology (FACS), on May the 9-11th, 2007. Representants of our partners in Stockholm, Helsinki, Turku, Amsterdam, Cambridge, Oxford, London, Dresden, Brno and Jerusalem attended.

The 2nd workshop was organized in the Technical University of Dresden, on advanced recombineering techniques, on September 3-7th, 2007. 17 participants from Sheffield, Edinburgh, Basel, Jerusalem, Turku, Bonn, Brno, Stockholm, Helsinki, Cambridge and London participated.
