Registration Fee:

Academic 250€
Non-Academic 500€

The fee includes admission to all sessions, conference documentation, refreshments and lunches as indicated in the programme, conference dinner on Thursday 27 May. Please confirm your participation to the dinner in the relevant part of the registration form.

Payment has to be made online within 14 days or the registration will be cancelled. Only credit card payment is accepted.

Accompanying person to a fully registered participant can attend the conference dinner on Thursday 27 May. A payment of 60€ is required to confirm attendance and includes bus transfer form the conference centre to the restaurant (details to follow). To attend use the online registration form and fill in the relevant information.

Ethics workshop: Registration to the ethics workshop is free for the Symposium participants. On the symposium online registration please tick the relevant box to register.

EXPIRED DEADLINES...

Cancellations will be accepted until Monday 8th March 2010, until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 8th March 2010. To cancel your registration email portugal@estools.eu. The refund is only agreed if ESTOOLS send a confirmation email 

Poster abstract submission deadline: 22 March 2010

A slot is reserved in each of the 6 Scientific Sessions for a talk that will be selected from poster abstracts. If you would like your poster abstract to be considered select the relevant information when submitting your abstract. You will be informed if your abstract was selected for an oral presentation by 12 April 2010.

Travel fellowship application deadline: 22 March 2010
