Set-up

Please help us by putting up your poster in good time:

ESTOOLS-member posters: before 14:30 Tuesday 25 May before start of closed meeting. (The registration desk opens at 13:00)

Other posters: Before lunch / opening of Symposium 13:25 on Wednesday 26 May. (The registration desk opens at 11:00)

In the Symposium delegate book (available when you check in at the registration desk) you will find your Poster Number along with your abstract. At the reception desk will be a map with the location of your poster board, either in Sala 1 or Sala 3.

PREVIOUS INFORMATION

Poster abstract submission deadline: 22 March 2010

Poster abstracts are submitted on the registration website.
You will get a password and be able to edit your details and abstract until 22 March 2010 by revisiting the Login Page

The rules on abstract length etc are shown when you click through your registration. (Max 2500 characters; option to copy/paste an already written abstract from a MS-Word-like word processor; special characters (like greek, mathematical or scientific symbols) should be understood automatically or can be manually copied/pasted.)

We hope to accommodate all requests to submit a poster, but reserve the right to decline to exhibit any poster.

NOTE: The registration fee must be paid online within 14 days or the registration will be cancelled.

Oral presentations

A slot is reserved in each of the 6 Scientific Sessions for a talk that will be selected from submitted poster abstracts. To be considered for an oral presentation fill in the relevant information when submitting your abstract. 
Successful applicants will be informed by 12 April 2010.
Other applicants will be able to present a poster.
