INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM

"stem cells in biology and disease"

 

For selected registrants whose request to submit a poster is accepted, funding is available for scholarships as a contribution to travel expenses.

Deadline for application is 22 March 2010, successful applicants will be informed by 12 April 2010.

To be considered for a travel fellowship, you must: 

1. On the registration form, check the relevant box and write a short statement (no more than 700 characters) in the space provided.  Please include relevant personal information, especially regarding your current academic position / experience.

2. Submit an abstract for a Poster via the registration website that meets the deadline and criteria.

Receipients of the fellowship will be able to claim reimbursement of travel costs up to limit of Euros 300 or equivalent. Payment will be made against documentary evidence of cost incurred and journey being made. The procedures for claiming reimbursement will be advised to holders of the fellowship individually (to include, for example, the original receipts, and evidence of travel eg original tickets / boarding passes).
